Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy is a scheme or service provided by respected sellers “DokanDars” to all of our beloved Customers. All the product categories may not have the same return or cancellation policy. For all products, the returns/Return policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. We encourage all our customers to read our return policies before placing an order, we will be only responsible in the frame of its Policy to meet customer demands and needs.

Note: All Policies are applied once products are delivered to respected customers’ shipping addresses. Orders could be canceled anytime before the delivery takes place.

SOME TERMS USED EXPLANATION
Cancellation: You received a product at your door-steps and you returned it for any reason OR before the order is delivered at your door-steps you have canceled your order. We call it order cancellation.

Return: When you want to return a product that you have ordered, to exchange it with another product in a different category or the whole you want another product instead. We call it a Return

Refund: You did not like a product you have ordered and you want your money back. We call it a refund.

Exchange: You want to return a product that has a problem or its size does not fit you, and you demand the same product in return. We call that an exchange.

GROCERIES
Refund & Return: NOT AVAILABLE

Exchange: An exchange will only be applicable if the delivered product or products were not checked by the customer at the time of delivery, this will be applicable only at a condition if the delivery agent confirmed that the products were not checked by the customer, else products will not be exchanged.

Remember, when ordering groceries: Customers need to check the item before signing the delivery receipt because products in this category are not Return or Refundable.

BOOKS, MAGAZINES, & STATIONERY
Refund & Return: Refund and Return policies for these categories of items are only available if the order was recorded and delivered incorrectly.

Exchange: All products should be checked once they are delivered to the door-steps of the respected customers. If products are not checked due to any applicable reason, we will act according to its policy to exchange the orders.

Note: Orders will only be exchanged once the delivery agent has confirmed that products were not checked by the respected customer at the time of delivery.

LIFESTYLE: CLOTHING, FOOTWEAR, WATCHES, SUNGLASSES, FASHION ACCESSORIES
Return or Exchange: 48 Hours

Refund: Available but Conditions applies

When you received products from these categories at your door-steps, please assure yourself of their quality and their wholesome. You will not be able to request a return, refund, or exchange later on.

If the size or any other component of the products does not fit you, you will be able to request an exchange.

If the product is delivered successfully to your address and after trying it at home you do not like it, you will have 48 hours to request an exchange with another product. A refund is not applicable to these categories of products.

Refund will only be possible in the condition: Where the seller doesn’t have the requested product or We are unable to fulfill your order.

Note: If the product is damaged by the customer and it’s not in its first condition we do not provide a return, exchange, or refund. We request all customers to check all items before accepting them from the delivery agent.

LIFESTYLE: SPORT & FITNESS EQUIPMENT, BABY, JEWELRY, FOOTWEAR ACCESSORIES, TRAVEL ACCESSORIES

When received these categories of products at your door-steps, please ensure yourself of its quality and its wholesome, you will not be able to request a return, refund, or exchange later on.

If the product is delivered successfully to your address and after setting it at home you do not like it, you have 48 hours to request for an exchange with another product. The refund does not apply to these categories of products.

Refund will only be available in a condition: Where the Seller of doesn’t the requested product, and we are unable to fulfill your order.

Note: If the Product is damaged and it’s not in its first condition there isn’t any policy for Refund, Return & Exchange, so we request all customers to get and check all the items they order when they are receiving the items from our delivery agent.

ELECTRONICS & NON-ELECTRONICS APPLIANCES (HOME APPLIANCES, KITCHEN APPLIANCES, DECOR OR ANY OTHER TYPE WHICH COME UNDER THIS)
Refund, Return, and Exchange: Available but condition applies

Items in these categories are categorized into two section

Checkable at door-steps (Are those products in which customers can check them at their door-steps like; hair trimmers, coat and shoe racks, humidifiers, pots or dishes, and many more).
Not Checkable at door-steps (Are those products in which customers are not able to check them at their door-steps because they need other stuff to check them properly like; blinders, juicers, washing machines, refrigerators, and many more).
All products related to these categories should be checked for newness and physical damage, at customers’ door-steps. No refund, return, and exchange will be accepted if a customer requests are like (e.g. This products is not new I need a refund or exchange OR e.g. This product has a broken wheel please exchange the product or give me a new wheel OR e.g. This product has a broken cover and its glass has some lines on it and it seems it is used please refund me or exchange me this product). Products that come under, checkable at the door-step category, only will be replaced and exchanged if they got any defect (not working condition) which is under warranty.

Products which are under warranty, should not be opened by customers or any other technicians else it will no longer be under warranty scheme. Warranty scheme is something provided by our sellers and in case of products face any problems mentioned and under warranty seller’s technical team will help out customers with the problem.

To help you resolve your product’s issues, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone call, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

For products that require installation, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand’s authorized personnel.

If any kind of defect is determined during delivery time, the Customer has the full right to return the item.

Rules to Follow when requesting an exchange, Refund, & Return.

UNUSED PRODUCT
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS
The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel, etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

CORRECT PRODUCT
IMEI/ Name/ Image/ Brand/ Serial Number/ Article number/ Bar code should match.

COMPLETE PRODUCT
All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies, and combos (if any) should be present.

UNDAMAGED PRODUCT
The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
